Robert Amen, Principal at Vector Capital

Prior to joining Vector, Amen was a business development manager at Microsoft Corporation and worked in the technology practice at Montgomery Securities. Amen has an M.B.A. with distinction from The Wharton School and a B.A. with departmental honors in history and economics from Stanford University.

Erez Ofer, Partner at Greylock Israel

Prior to joining Greylock, Ofer served as an Executive Vice President of Technology, Strategy and Open Software for EMC Corporation. Prior to that, Ofer held management positions at Silver Arrow and the Israeli Air Force. Ofer holds engineering undergraduate and masters degrees from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.

Christopher Nicholson, Technology Partner at Altamont Capital Partners

Prior to joining Altamont, Nicholson was a partner at Vector Capital for over a decade. Nicholson began his career as a corporate and securities attorney with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati, P.C. Nicholson received a B.A. in economics/business with a specialization in computing from the University of California, Los Angeles (magna cum laude) and a J.D. from University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall). Nicholson has served on the Boards of Directors of numerous software and technology companies.

John Vitalie, Chief Executive Officer

Vitalie has more than 20 years of executive and sales leadership experience at Silicon Valley companies. His most recent role was as the President and CEO of Encover, Inc., a leading provider of technology and services for managing and selling service contracts. Prior to Encover, Vitalie held executive roles at The NASDAQ OMX Stock Market, Siebel Systems and ADAC Labs. His charitable work includes board positions at The Tech Museum in San Jose, Ronnie Lott's All Stars Helping Kids Foundation and The Jackie Robinson Foundation. Vitalie is an Alumnus of the Stanford School of Business.
