MAIN FUNCTION OF JOB
Reporting to the Director of Worldwide Customer Support, the Online Support Manager is responsible for the overall strategy, implementation and operation of Precise’s online support initiatives, including the Precise Customer Portal and the Knowledge Centered Support (KCS) methodology within Precise Customer Support.
