Mark Kremer – Chief Executive Officer

Mark is a seasoned Silicon Valley executive. Before joining Precise, Mark was a general partner at Benchmark Capital where he founded Benchmark Israel. Prior to Benchmark, Mark was CEO of Broadbase Software, Inc (Nasdaq: BBSW); a company that he started and which he took public in 1999. Mark has also held executive positions with Oracle, Verity, Motorola, and Teradyne.

Zohar Gilad – Executive Vice President, Products, Marketing, and Channels

Zohar is a seasoned enterprise software executive. Before joining Precise, Zohar held several senior executive positions with Mercury Interactive, acquired by HP in 2006. At Mercury, Zohar drove expansion into new markets, creating new product categories: Load Testing, Quality Management, Application Management, and finally Business Technology Optimization. From 2000-2003, as the General Manager of the Application Management business unit, he helped grow the business from $0 to about $100M a year. Prior to joining Mercury, Zohar held software development positions at IBM and Daisy Systems.

Tom Doyle – Executive Vice President, World Wide Sales

Tom brings more than 35 years of chief executive and senior operations experience to Precise. Before joining, Tom was Venture Director with Lightspeed Venture Partners. Prior to that, he was CEO of Skybox Security, a leading security risk management software provider, where he grew year-over-year revenues over 100% and established the company as a market leader in the space. Tom has held executive level positions with other leading technology companies like Tandem Computers, Broadbase Software, and Kana Software and served on the Board of Directors of multiple early stage companies.

Amir Ameri – Chief Financial Officer

Amir is an accomplished financial professional with extensive leadership experience in finance, accounting and operations. Amir has held several senior finance roles including most recently as CFO of EnergyConnect Inc., a publicly-held software firm now owned by Johnson Controls. He also worked as CFO and VP of Operations for Aperto Networks, Inc., a leading provider of WiMAX broadband wireless access systems, and as CFO and VP of Finance for Resumix, Inc., a human skills management software firm. Amir earned an MBA from Stanford School of Business.

Michael Bar-Joseph – Vice President Engineering and General Manager Precise Israel

Michael brings with him years of experience managing large-scale development organizations. Prior to joining Precise, he was VP of R&D at ECtel where he managed a team of local and off-shore engineers. Before that, Michael was with Skyrider where he was GM and VP of R&D. Prior to Skyrider, Michael held leadership positions in companies in the software, technology, and communications sectors.

Mike New – Managing Director, Asia Pacific & Japan

Mike is responsible for managing field and sales operations for Asia Pacific and Japan. With 19 years of sales and management experience in IT, Mike has spent considerable time working in countries within Asia Pacific. As a seasoned IT professional, Mike’s approach to the industry has been to place a strong focus on customer service and interpersonal skills. Prior to joining Precise, Mike held various senior positions with Mercury Interactive Asia Pacific and was Managing Director of Telelogic, Greater China Region.
