John Vitalie – Chief Executive Officer

Vitalie has more than 20 years of executive and sales leadership experience at Silicon Valley companies. His most recent role was as the President and CEO of Encover, Inc. a leading provider of technology and services for managing, marketing and selling service contracts. Prior to Encover, Vitalie held executive roles at The NASDAQ OMX Stock Market, Siebel Systems and ADAC Labs. Vitalie has been a keynote speaker and panelist for many organizations including International Business Forum, Financial Executives International, Bay Bio, Software Alliance Organization, World Technology Network and the Silicon Valley Leadership Group. He currently serves on the boards of The Tech Museum in San Jose, Ronnie Lott's All Stars Helping Kids Foundation and The Jackie Robinson Foundation.

Amir Ameri – Chief Financial Officer

Ameri is an accomplished financial professional in finance, accounting and operations. Ameri held several senior finance roles, including most recently, CFO of EnergyConnect Inc., a publicly-held software firm. He also worked as CFO and VP of Operations for Aperto Networks, Inc., a leading provider of WiMAX broadband wireless access systems; and, as CFO and VP of Finance for Resumix, Inc., a human skills management software firm.

Lawrence R. Baisch – Vice President, Customer Solutions

Baisch has more than 25 years of experience in domestic and international business in corporate strategy and IT. Prior to joining Precise, Baisch was the Chief Solutions Officer for Encover, Inc. where he was responsible for the company's service contract management solutions to major industries. In 2001, Baisch founded Luminous Systems, a company focused on the delivery of performance management solutions to clients in the healthcare, government and education sectors. Baisch previously held the positions of VP of Product Development at MedChannel, Senior Practice Director at Oracle Corporation, and VP of Technology Strategy at Wells Fargo Bank. Baisch serves on the Luminous Systems’ Board of Directors and the San Francisco Senior Center’s Board of Advisors.

Michael Bar-Joseph – Vice President Engineering and General Manager Precise Israel

Bar-Joseph brings years of experience managing large-scale development organizations. Prior to joining Precise, he was VP of R&D at ECtel, where he managed a team of engineers. Before that, Bar-Joseph was with SkyRider, where he was GM and VP of R&D. Bar-Joseph has also held leadership positions in companies in the software, technology, and communications sectors.

David Kress – Vice President, Sales

Kress brings over 15 years' technical leadership in the APM market. He's worked internationally in roles spanning sales, pre-sales, and executive management. Kress began his career in sales at Savant, which was acquired by Precise. He spent time at both Veritas and Symantec in various pre-sales and management roles, and most recently returned to Precise Software as Technical Director of EMEA. Recently, Kress returned to the US to lead the Sales team, where he and his team focus on creating unmatched customer value.
