Mark Kremer

Mark Kremer, Chief Executive Officer

Mark is a seasoned Silicon Valley executive. Before joining Precise, Mark was a general partner at Benchmark Capital were he founded Benchmark Israel. Prior to Benchmark, Mark was CEO of Broadbase Software, Inc (Nasdaq: BBSW); a company that he started and which he took public in 1999. Mark has also held executive positions with Oracle, Verity, Motorola, and Teradyne.

Zohar Gilad – Executive Vice President, Products, Marketing, and Channels

Zohar is a seasoned enterprise software executive. Before joining Precise, Zohar held several senior executive positions with Mercury Interactive, acquired by HP in 2006. At Mercury, Zohar drove expansion into new markets, creating new product categories: Load Testing, Quality Management, Application Management, and finally Business Technology Optimization. From 2000-2003, as the General Manager of the Application Management business unit, he helped grow the business from $0 to about $100M a year. Prior to joining Mercury, Zohar held software development positions at IBM and Daisy Systems.

Peter Donnelly, Chief Financial Officer

Peter is an accomplished financial executive with experience in strategy and operations. Before joining Precise, he was SVP Operations at Activant Solutions. He has been VP of Worldwide Pricing & Licensing at Symantec and held the position of VP of Business Process Engineering at VERITAS Software, (acquired by Symantec). Prior to that, he held positions as VP Finance & Operations, Sr. Finance Director, and Manager of Finance & Administration Channels at Oracle. Peter also held the position of Manager of Audit Services during his tenure at KPMG Peat Marwick.

Neil Stratz, Vice President Americas Sales

Neil Stratz brings more than fifteen years of technology sales experience to Precise. Based in Silicon Valley, he is responsible for field operations in North America and Latin America for all of Precise’s products and services.

Prior to joining Precise, Neil held the position of Vice President of Sales at the Wily Technology Division of CA, Inc (NASD: CA). During his 5 plus years at Wily Technology (and later CA), Neil built and led the domestic and international sales team, establishing Wily as a category leader in the J2EE Application Performance Management space. Prior to CA/Wily, Neil held sales and business development positions at Brio Technology (now Oracle) and Informix Software (now IBM).

Avner Yonaei – Vice President Engineering and General Manager Precise Israel

Avner has experience managing large-scale development organizations. Prior to joining Precise, he was VP of Delivery at Amdocs. Before that, Avner was with EMC2 where he held two VP positions; the first was as the VP of Software Technologies for the Office of the CTO and the second was as the VP of Symmetrix SW Engineering for Storage Platform Operations Division. Prior to EMC2, he had a successful career in the Israeli Defense Industry.

Ed Colonna – Vice President, Marketing

Ed is responsible for Precise’s marketing and brand strategy, corporate communications, demand generation, and product marketing efforts. Ed has over 15 years of enterprise software and technology experience. Most recently, Ed was Vice President of Marketing for Symphoniq where he led the company through a complete relaunch and developed an award winning product strategy. Ed has also held management positions with Mercury, Extensity and PeopleSoft.

Suku Krishnaraj – Vice President, Product Management

Suku brings more than 15 years of experience in enterprise software industry in product management, product marketing and engineering disciplines. Prior to joining Precise, Suku was Director of Product management at HP Software and Mercury (acquired by HP in 2006) where he successfully led the Business Availability Center product line. Prior to Mercury he was at HP (OpenView division) and VeriFone in various product, engineering and management positions.
